Winemaker with automated discharge system
Description
| A winemaker respective to MODEL S, but designed for the management of larger quantities. Slanting bottom of up to 3% with an automatic system that discharges the skins by means of a rotating blade. The tank is housed on feet while cooling and maintenance of the temperature is achieved with jackets on the cylindrical part. The operating pressure is atmospheric. As with MODEL S, the winemaker has a re-circulation system for the moistening of the “cap” with a special pump for smooth supplies so that the product is not fatigued. It is also equipped with total and partial discharge, a moistener, roof and side inspection ports, a skin discharge system, locking and a level gauge. |  |
