Model F

The MODEL F winemaker is the ideal solution for traditional winemaking. Without mechanical parts that stress the product and with an increased diameter, it offers increased contact area of the must with the marc, resulting in a more effective extraction of pigments and aromatic components. The breaking of the “cap” is done manually, with an external pump or with the application of an external floater, via the practical roof port with a diameter of 1m. The winemaker has a reclining bottom of up to 25% for easy discharge, and it is housed on feet. Cooling and maintenance of temperature of the tank is achieved with jackets on the cylindrical part, while the operating pressure is atmospheric. Basic equipment includes total and partial discharge, side and top inspection ports, a system for the discharge of the skins, locking and level gauge.
