GR.INOX brewing tanks range from 5-200 hl and may have between 2 and 5 containers depending on the required productivity (brews/day). The design of the systems is based on effectiveness and functionality, while productivity may be extended to up to 8 brews per day. The aim of the system is high effectiveness, reaching 95%, energy saving with the use of recovery and economy of scale, but also the adoption of innovations in the production process so that maximum quality is achieved. All the above are basic features for the GR.INOX brewing tank to participate actively in the sustainability of the company and the success of the project.

 

The level of automation is formed according to the production needs and the customer requirements, with complete productivity systems operating under full automation, with the potential for remote management. The management and operation system designed by GR.INOX is functional and reliable, providing all the required information for the production process, in a user friendly environment.

 

The design of the system is monoblock to save space, but the “containers in a row” option with an external service platform is also offered, mainly for larger systems. In each of the above cases, special gravity has been placed on functionality and accessibility. In this way, it is operated from central control points, while all areas of the system are easily accessible for quick and effective maintenance. The brewing tank finishing is stainless steel with an industrial design, but external copper decoration can also be offered following demand.
