Pilot systems are used in the development or testing of new products in a brewery, but are also ideal for small-scale produce on a home basis. A well-planned pilot system must render the closest result to that of normal production, without particular adaptations of the recipe.

All models in the category, from the basic manual model to the automated, are available in skid form for easy transport, and they operate on electricity at 5-25kW. Available in capacities of 50lt to 250lt per brew, they include a 2-container brewer, 2 fermentation tanks and all the necessary subsystems for testing. They are finished in a minimal industrial design with simple lines and high functionality.
