Model CR

The MODEL CR cryo-extraction tank is of horizontal orientation and housed on feet, while its body is oval, allowing quicker transfer of temperature to the centre of the grape pulp. Cooling of the grape pulp is achieved with jackets covering almost the entire surface of the tank, while the outflow of frozen must of up to 60% can be ensured. Operation and programming are automated via PLC, while the emptying of the tank is also automated via an extraction tap at the bottom of the tank. Basic equipment includes a valve for filling with inert gas, total and partial discharge valves, top inspection ports and a CIP connection port.
