Pre-fermentation cryo-extraction is one of the most modern applied methods in pre-fermentation processes, which aim at preparing the grape pulp to produce wines with increased aromatic and colour complexity. GR.INOX manufactures specially designed tanks to perform the pre-fermentation cryo-extraction, with excellent quality. Tanks in this category are made of stainless steel (AISI304) with external processing (fioretattura), and they are equipped with high-efficiency cooling jackets, safety equipment, devices for product management and automated systems for the performance of the production process. Tanks are pre-fitted for operation with inert gas (nitrogen).
