Model SP

Autoclave tank with a domed bottom and housed on feet. The tank is insulated with materials of very low thermal induction and covered with a fully-welded external shell. High-efficiency cooling jackets are used to attain the very low temperatures required for the absorption and maintenance of the carbon dioxide. Operating pressure is 6 bar, with a tank testing pressure of 10 bar. A special side stirrer ensures homogenous diffusion of the carbon dioxide (CO2) and the constant dispersion of the juices throughout the product, but it also prevents foaming. Basic equipment includes total and partial discharge, a side inspection port, locking and a level gauge.
